Hi, I’m Vanessa …

Expert for cycle and hormone balance

After years in a high-stress sales environment, I experienced firsthand how often our lives work against our natural rhythm and how deeply this can affect our bodies and overall health.

Today, I support wom(b)en on their journey toward greater body awareness, hormonal balance and a life in tune with their cyclical nature. I have a holistic and trauma-informed approach.

My vision is to make menstrual and hormonal health visible, to break taboos and to create space for real connection – both in personal and professional life.
